CURRENT APPLICATION IS FOR:
Saturday May 17th, 2025 4-8pm @ Pop Life Cleveland - 15619 Waterloo Rd. Cleveland, OH 44110
- Set up will begin at 2:30pm for outdoor tent vendors & 3pm for indoor vendors. Most vendors will be outdoors, we only have a small number of indoor spots!
VENDOR FEES: 10x10 Tent Vendors: $60 6x4 indoor vendors: $50
Filling out this form means you are applying to the event listed above and agree to/understand our policies:
Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, displays, tent & weights (cinder blocks are acceptable as tent weights), and agree to follow instructions provided by coordinators via email and social media communication.
I understand I may not arrive late or pack-up early, otherwise I may no longer be considered for future markets.
I understand the vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions!
Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required to operate their business at the event. (This will mostly apply to food and drink vendors as well as body mod vendors).
I understand I have 48 hours to pay my vendor fee once I receive my acceptance email, or my spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
